Stammkunden Als Stammkunde gilt, wer mit seinem Hund mindestens einmal pro Woche die Tagesbetreuung besucht. Abwesenheiten aufgrund von Ferien (mit vorheriger Mitteilung) oder Krankheit des Hundes beeinträchtigen den Stammkundenstatus nicht.
Preisgültigkeit Die Preise gelten bis Ende des Jahres. Ab Januar können neue Preise Anwendung finden. Zusatzkosten: Hündinnen in Läufigkeit: + CHF 30 pro Tag Welpen bis 8 Monate: + CHF 20 pro Tag Die Abholung und Rückgabe am Bahnhof Stettbach ist im Preis inbegriffen.
Bring- und Abholservice Sie können Ihren Hund an zwei Standorten bringen oder abholen: Wangen oder Stettbach. Allgemeine Zeiten (zur Orientierung): Morgen: 07:30 – 08:30 Abend: 17:00 – 18:20 Bitte beachten Sie die detaillierte Tabelle für die exakten Zeiten an jedem Standort.
Rechnungsinformationen Die Rechnungen werden monatlich am 15. ausgestellt und decken jeweils die vorangegangenen 30 Tage ab.
Buchungsprozess Die Buchung der Tagesbetreuung erfolgt über unsere Online-Plattform, die Sie nach Ihrer Anmeldung als Kunde erhalten.
