A regular client is a dog attending daycare at least once per week on an ongoing basis. Holidays or short breaks (with notice) do not affect the regular status.

Drop-off and pick-up are available in Wangen and Stettbach. Complimentary pick-up and drop-off at Stettbach train station is included. Wangen schedule: Monday: 07:30 – 08:30 | 17:00 – 18:15 Tuesday to Friday: 08:00 – 08:30 | 17:00 – 17:45 Stettbach schedule (Tuesday to Thursday): Morning: 07:30 – 07:40 Evening: 18:10 – 18:20 Typical daily timeframe: Morning drop-off: approx. 07:30 – 08:30 Evening pick-up: approx. 17:00 – 18:20 Exact times are confirmed with your booking.

Females in heat: + CHF 25 / day Puppies (up to 8 months): + CHF 25 / day Boarding during weekdays is based on your daycare plan (+ CHF 20 per night). Weekend and public holiday boarding has a fixed rate. All prices include VAT.

Invoices are issued monthly on the 15th, covering the period from the 16th to the 15th of the following month. Payment term: 14 days.

Step 1 - Short meet & greet Step 2 - Trial day in the group A trial day is required before regular attendance. The trial day is currently complimentary until the end of May. Daycare bookings are managed via our online system once you become a client.
