mydogspot GmbH operates the webshop “mydogstyle”, offering dog clothing and accessories.
All products are sold and shipped from Switzerland.

Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded once the customer completes the order and receives an order confirmation by email.
mydogspot GmbH reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in justified cases (e.g. incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspected misuse).
Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
The total price, including shipping costs, is clearly displayed before completing the order.

We do not store or have access to full payment details.
Ownership of the goods remains with mydogspot GmbH until full payment has been received.
Once payment is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Exchanges
​Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving the order.
Defects & Complaints
If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer must notify us within 5 days of receipt.
In such cases, mydogspot GmbH will:

refund the purchase price
This does not apply to normal wear, improper use, or damage caused after delivery​
