Mydogspot operates a webshop "Mydogstyle" offering dog clothes and accessories.
All products are sold and shipped from Switzerland.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay or TWINT. The total amount, including any applicable shipping fees, will be shown before completing your purchase.

We want to make your shopping experience at mydogstyle as easy and secure as possible. You can choose from the following payment options at checkout:

  • Cash by mydogstyle

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system or our trusted payment partners. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

The total price, including any applicable shipping costs, is displayed before completing your order. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped with Swiss Post (PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority).
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free for all orders above CHF 60.
For International Shipping contact us directly.

PostPac Economy (Delivery within approx. 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday)

  • Up to 2 kg: CHF 9.00

  • Up to 10 kg: CHF 12.00

  • Up to 30 kg: CHF 21.00

PostPac Priority (Delivery within approx. 2-3 working days, Monday to Friday)

  • Up to 2 kg: CHF 11.00

  • Up to 10 kg: CHF 14.00

  • Up to 30kg: CHF 23.00

4. Returns & Exchanges

Your Right to Return / exchange

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items.

Return Conditions

Items should be unused and in perfect condition, including original packaging and any accessories.

The return is valid if sent within the 14 days (postmark counts).
After this period, the purchase is considered final.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once we receive and check your items, we will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping) or exchange the item, depending on your preference.
