Regular Clients A regular client is defined as attending daycare with their dog at least once per week. Absences due to holidays (with prior notice) or the dog’s illness will not affect the client’s status as a regular. Regular status gives access to regular prices.
Price Validity Prices are valid until the end of the year. New prices may apply from January. Females in heat: additional CHF 25 per day Puppies up to 8 months: additional CHF 25 per day Pick-up and drop-off at Stettbach station are included in the price. VAT is included in the price.
Drop-off and Pick-up You can drop off or pick up your dog at two locations: Wangen or Stettbach. General timings (for orientation): Morning drop-off: 07:30 – 08:30 Evening pick-up: 17:00 – 18:20 Please check the detailed table for the exact times at each location.
Billing Information Invoices are issued monthly, always on the 15th, covering the previous 30 days. Payment term is 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Booking Process Daycare bookings are managed via our online platform, which will be shared with you once you become a client. A trial day is required before regular attendance can be confirmed.
